Dr. Anthony Bilotta is a Board-certified physician who has served the Southwest of Chicago for almost thirty years in emergency medicine and family practice, as well as in occupational medicine. Our commitment to customer service is paramount: our main phone line connects to our cell phones, so we are available to our patients 24 hours a day! We are comfortable caring for children, adults and the elderly, in both emergencies and long-term care.

We accept new patients, including Medicare, as well as BC/BS PPO. We offer a 20% discount for time of service payment. We will accept other plans or assist with billing as desired. We will estimate visit costs if you are uncertain, unlike many clinics, and will guarantee our service is quick and friendly.

We maximize convenience with easy parking and great accessibility. Our clinic is a clean, brand-new full-service facility with a complete range of medications and supplies, Xray, lab testing and physical therapy on-site.

Tony is a pilot and FAA aeromedical examiner. He teaches at Midwestern University Medical School, and is bilingual in Spanish.

We are located one-half block west of the Walgreens at Plainfield Rd. & Madison Street, at the Woodland Park entrance on the south side of Plainfield Road. We are on the back side of the building with "535" on its top corner. (This is visible as you turn into the Woodland Park parking lot. Go south to the tiny stop sign and turn left into our lot.)
